Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking ambitious individuals for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role in Bristol City Centre. You will receive a £28,000 basic salary with uncapped commission and quarterly promotion opportunities as you progress.

You will generate new business, build client relationships UK-wide and manage the full recruitment process from identifying talent to securing placements, with hands-on training and mentoring.
