Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking ambitious individuals for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role in Bristol City Centre. You will receive a £28,000 basic salary with uncapped commission and quarterly promotion opportunities as you progress.

You will generate new business, build client relationships UK-wide and manage the full recruitment process from identifying talent to securing placements, with hands-on training and mentoring.

Qualifications

• No recruitment experience required; positive attitude and determination to succeed.
• Ambitious mindset with strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and develop sales and recruitment skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound sales and cold calling.
• Build strong relationships with clients across the UK.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for specialist roles.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from winning vacancies to negotiating offers.
• Develop your own specialist market and work towards individual and team targets.
