The Role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle:

• Client acquisition: Build new relationships, pitch services, understand hiring needs, and develop long-term partnerships
• Candidate sourcing & screening: Find candidates via networking, referrals, databases, and direct approaches; assess suitability via interviews and CV reviews
• Offer negotiation & placement: Act as the intermediary between clients and candidates, managing expectations and facilitating offers
• Market research & insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
• Job promotion: Create and advertise roles across multiple channels, including social media and job boards
