Maybe you have studied Banking or Economics and want to retain your interest in Financial Markets but work in a role that is more client-facing rather than becoming an Analyst.

TRM is currently partnering with a Buy Side Financial Services Executive Search business and is looking to add one trainee to its team.

The Company

• Technology & Financial Services Recruitment firm
• Working with some of the largest Hedge Funds in New York
• Currently, 11 people in size based near London Bridge
• Regular trips to New York
• Company trips abroad every year.

The Role

• Partnering alongside some of New York's largest Hedge Funds, you will headhunt highly skilled tech professionals and place them into your customers' jobs.
• Working with candidates with salaries that often exceed six figures, you will work with the top 1% of workers in New York.

The Opportunity

• Headhunting candidates out of competitor Hedge Funds and some of the largest tech firms, including Facebook, Amazon, etc.
• Selling job opportunities to candidates.
• Client meetings in New York (Yes, this will become part of your role).
