RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conducting sales calls to potential clients and past customers, promoting Optimus Search as a valuable business partner.
2. Headhunting top candidates with specific skill sets.
3. Writing job adverts and creating engaging social media content to attract the best talent.
4. Coordinating interviews and job offers for successful candidates.
5. Building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

1. No prior recruitment experience is required, but we are looking for hardworking, energetic, and ambitious individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
2. Proactive problem-solvers who are adaptable and quick-thinking.
3. A natural inclination for healthy competition and an unwavering drive to surpass targets.
