The Benefits Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Starting salary of £27k, rising to £30k after your first promotion

Uncapped commission structure with no threshold- scales to 45%

OTE in year one of £50k, year three of £90k, and year five of £130k+

The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Winning exclusive clients through business development

Building long-term relationships with your clients and understanding their current and future hiring requirements

Sourcing exceptional candidates through headhunting and cold-calling

Interviewing candidates, putting them forward for roles with your clients, preparing them for interviews, and managing feedback

Negotiating the best contract for your candidates

Handling any reservations

Building up your personal online brand
