Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Speak with businesses to understand their recruitment requirements.
• Win new vacancies and develop existing client accounts.
• Advertise vacancies and source suitable candidates.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process.
• Negotiate and close deals.
