Trainee Recruitment Consultant in information technology– Sales Experience Required
Birmingham Business Park / Hybrid
£25,000–£27,000 base + uncapped commission (£35,000–£45,000 OTE Year 1)

Are you in sales but want more from your career?
We’re looking for driven individuals with at least 6 months of sales experience to join our recruitment team. No prior recruitment experience is needed—just ambition, confidence, and a hunger to succeed.

What you’ll do:
• Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates
• Source and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn & our CRM
• Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
• Write and post engaging job adverts
• Hit (and beat) personal targets to earn commission
• Learn how to become a recruitment expert in the information technology market

What we’re looking for:
• At least 6+ months experience in B2B service, solution or product sales
• Recruitment experience less than 12 months
• Strong communicator verbal & written with energy and resilience
• Goal orientation - motivated by targets, money, and success
• Competitive attitude
• Willing to learn fast in a supportive team
• The ability to build relationships/repour
• Career-driven with a strong work ethic
