What You'll Do - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Learn to map talent markets within Asset Management, Hedge Funds, and related financial services
• Research, identify, and approach high-calibre candidates (both active & passive)
• Build relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs and business challenges
• Support the sourcing, screening, and assessment of candidates through end-to-end recruitment cycles
• Engage in market intelligence, competitor mapping, and data-driven candidate and client insights
• Collaborate with senior team members on business development and client pitches
• Develop your commercial and negotiation skills through real live recruitment mandates
