The Role

Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities

• Undergoing your own business development by headhunting your own clients to work with
• Offering your expertise on the market, advising them on hiring processes
• Headhunting and cold calling candidates, screening them to see if they fit the criteria
• Organising their interviews and giving advice on how to answer interview questions
• Making a successful placement and negotiating the contract and deal size

Incentives

• 27k base salary with an increase to 30k once promoted
• 35% commission structure with no threshold
• Promotion based on targets progression within 4-6 months
• Offices in both London and New York
• Work from home 1 day a week
