TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Our Client:

Our client is looking for 3 new faces to join their team, recruiting some of the most prestigious and unique professionals in the finance sector. With offices in both the UK and the US, they are dominating the market and are swiftly becoming the most established and respected recruitment agency in their sector. Their top biller is doing 700k+, so the ability to earn big with this company is guaranteed. You will be trained by the strongest in the business in order for you to start off strongly and make deals quickly.

The Benefits:

1. 40% commission with no threshold
2. 27k base salary with the ability to negotiate depending on experience
3. Quarterly socials team parties, drinks, dinners and city breaks
4. OTE in year one is £40k, year two is £70k, and year three is £100k+
5. 1-2 days to work from home once promoted
6. 25 days holiday + 2 weeks office closure during Christmas/New Year
7. Annual holiday incentive to incredible destinations such as Barbados and New York
8. Clear career progression with the ability to be promoted in 6 months

The Role:

1. Fast-paced sales role which builds relationships with clients and candidates to help place the perfect candidate for the company
2. Manage the process end to end by negotiating contracts with clients and taking the client through the interview process. Guiding them with helpful tips to boost their success when in interviews
3. Build your knowledge on the market and advise clients on the best moves and when to hire
4. Create a strong pipeline of candidates. With this you need to be organised and precise with not only your diary, but your clients and candidates as well

1. Degree educated OR sales experience such as B2B, client facing, door to door, tele-sales
