We focus on purely CFO work across the UK and Europe, working fees that average out at £85k, but can hit as high as £220k. This has led to multiple £1m+ performers across the business!

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is simple- you are sourcing the best talent for your clients, and vice versa, ensuring you offer a great service to a high standard. But what actually goes on behind the scenes to ensure success?

• Market research and business development to build on your client base
• Meeting clients on a regular basis to understand their hiring priorities
• Sourcing top talent through headhunting and networking
• Managing the interview process from initial conversation to final negotiation of the contract
• Consulting your network on market trends and conditions
• Closing placements and keeping close to your candidate throughout their career
