The Company - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As part of our team, you'll work with leading tech companies such as Google, Amazon, and Microsoft, gaining direct exposure to clients from the outset and even having the chance to meet them in person. This includes an all-expenses-paid trip to the US.

• £26k base salary with OTE in Year 1 of £55k

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Cold calling potential clients and candidates, pitching our services and roles, and handling rejections professionally.
• Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, providing advice and support, and managing negotiations.
• Negotiating deals with clients and candidates.
• Attending client meetings to understand their hiring needs.
• Conducting market research to stay updated on sector developments.

The Ideal Candidate - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Financially driven with a strong desire to earn and succeed.
• Competitive nature, ideally with a background in sports or similar competitive activities.
• Confident in engaging with senior professionals.
