Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Construction Division

Location: Newcastle

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (£35k OTE) + Uncapped Commission

Our Newcastle branch is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our established Construction desk. You will focus on Trades and Labour recruitment across the North East, building a strong reputation as a trusted recruitment partner for our clients while developing new business opportunities.

• Negotiating with clients to maximize commercial outcomes

• Sourcing candidates through job boards and conducting interviews
• Performing compliance checks to verify right to work
• Maintaining contact with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction
