Overview

Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Construction

Office based from Nantwich. Working hours 8:30 – 5:30 Monday-Thursday; early finish on Fridays. Remuneration: £18,000-£21,000 negotiable depending on experience + open ended bonus scheme. The role may progress into either a consultant or business development role with the opportunity to earn in excess of £50,000+.

Responsibilities

• Initially will be resourcing on behalf of senior consultant
• Interviewing field sales professionals from the construction industry to establish their requirements and motives for their next field sales opportunity
• Matching up relevant candidates for clients’ requirements and vice versa
• Working on a constant source of fresh sales opportunities, typically 10 new sales vacancies a week
• Once up and running, managing the recruitment process from arranging initial interviews to 2nd interviews and closing job offers on behalf of candidates
• Updating our CRM system
• Being mentored, trained and managed on a daily basis
• Joining a well-established, experienced and successful team
• Based from modern offices in the heart of Nantwich
