Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

• Conducting calls with clients to build long-term relationships and generate vacancies and future business
• Act as a Brand Champion, influencing clients and candidates to see Gravitas as the ‘Recruitment Partner of Choice’
• Research industry trends to speak knowledgeably about your recruitment area
• Writing job briefs, posting on social media (LinkedIn), and emailing candidates
• Collaborate effectively within the team
• Commit to professional and personal growth with support from our Learning and Development team
• Meet personal KPIs and activity goals through our training program
