Academics Chelmsford is seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join a busy Essex office. You will advertise roles, screen candidates by phone, review CVs, and support interviews while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Starting September/October 2026, the role offers a clear career path in education recruitment, a lively office, and a salary between £26,000 and £32,000 with commission, plus generous annual leave and team incentives.
