Job summary

Driver Hire Sheffield is seeking a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy logistics recruitment team. This is a 360 role where you will learn all aspects of our business, from sourcing and managing candidates to building client relationships, supporting sales activity and delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll undertake a nationally recognised apprenticeship with dedicated study time and ongoing support as you develop your communication, organisation and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Organised, enthusiastic and reliable candidate with good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a busy recruitment environment.
• Interest in logistics and client service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, interviewing and registering candidates and helping match drivers to roles.
• Maintain client relationships and understand staffing needs.
• Support sales visits and business development activities.
• Assist with day-to-day office tasks, social media and records.
• Learn how recruitment, sales and operations integrate across the business.
