Trainee Recruitment Consultant - WORCESTER. Be part of an award winning sales team - Salary £26k - £30k + uncapped commission. Full training given. Great Earning Possible with career advancement. Established, award winning recruitment business operating in various technical sectors is looking to hire Trainee Recruitment Consultants, to work on large accounts throughout the UK.

Rewards & Earnings
  • Starting salary £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
  • OTE earnings in year 1 - £25,000 - £35,000 (this is realistic)
  • OTE earnings in year 2 - £35,000 - £50,000 (this is realistic)
  • OTE earnings in year 3 - £45,000 - £70,000 (this is realistic)
  • OTE earnings in year 6 - £70,000 - £100,000 (this is realistic)
  • Commission is completely uncapped, and some earn more than the above guidelines.
  • Individual and team incentives always running. Days off, early finishes, trips away, etc
DUTIES
  • Selling to a variety of business's and professional people throughout the greater Midlands region
  • Meeting clients face to face to gather their requirements and sell a solution to them
  • Arranging your own sales meetings
  • Managing your own diary to maximise results
  • Working on your own client base
  • Being based at our Birmingham headquarters
  • Undertaking new business development (opening new clients and work winning)
  • Delivering a consultancy style solution to existing and new clients
  • Working to targets weekly and monthly
  • Sourcing candidates through various means (database, social media, networking)
TRAINING PROGRAM
  • Every successful applicant shall be placed into our bespoke sales in-house training program, which is designed to maximise your success within the business, this proven system will include:
  • Market sector-based training
  • Sales training
  • Desk based practical training
  • Classroom based theory
  • Mentor led coaching
  • A gently build up of targets (taking 6 months)
  • Coaching / Training on how to undertake business development, how to run a meeting, how to sell to a client, how to be consultative, maximisation of revenue, etc
