Trainee Recruitment Consultant

RMG Digital is looking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team. We are a niche digital recruitment agency based in Wiltshire, serving clients throughout the UK, Europe, and the USA from our office in Swindon.

RMG Digital has established a strong reputation in the industry. Over the past 12 months, we have increased our profits and experienced a significant rise in client demand. As a result, we are expanding into new markets.

The Role

As a Trainee Consultant, you will learn the fundamentals of recruitment, develop client relationships, and open doors with potential clients.

This position is ideal for someone with previous sales experience seeking their first role in recruitment. We will provide comprehensive training and the necessary tools for success.
