Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Hunter Philips specialises in executive search and contractor recruitment for the renewable energy industry. With services provided in over 30 countries and ambitious plans for further expansion, we’re growing rapidly to support the global transition to renewable energy.

We’re now looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our team. This is your chance to build an exciting and rewarding career in recruitment while working on impactful, global renewable energy projects.

The Role

• Build and develop relationships with international clients and candidates.
• Source top talent for global roles using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including interviews, contract negotiations, and onboarding.
• Attend international industry events to expand your network and build expertise.

What We’re Looking For

• Ambitious and self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn and succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A strong academic background and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a professional/office environment – any prior experience in a sales related role is highly advantageous but not essential.
• Resilience, tenacity, and the confidence to build relationships with international stakeholders.
• An interest in renewable energy is a strong advantage.
