Here at Agility Resourcing, we are looking for our newest Trainee Recruitment Consultant!

Agility are a boutique Finance and HR recruitment agency, and we specialise in finding the best candidates for our clients.

The current opportunity we have is working on a warm desk which means you will have lots to do and won't be left stuck twiddling your thumbs.

Previous recruitment experience is not necessary as all we look for is a positive attitude and transferable skills so if you are looking for a change in career, this may be it.

Your Role:

• Meeting with candidates and performing registrations
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Giving career and CV advice
• Negotiating fees and terms of business
• Building relationships with new clients
• Visiting clients and arranging meetings
