As part of our Nottingham team, you'll enjoy a competitive starting salary of £28,000-£30,000, with realistic first-year earnings of £35,000 to £40,000. Our Impact Academy is a structured training programme that equips you with the tools and skills you need to thrive in recruitment. In your first year, you will source and interview candidates, craft professional CV profiles for marketing, collaborate closely with our sales teams, meet weekly targets, and earn commission throughout your journey.

You'll receive dedicated support from your manager, a mentor, and our expert training team, all committed to helping you grow. After your first year, you'll transition to your own Sales Desk and receive advanced training in business development, margin negotiation, safeguarding, time management, customer service, and managing difficult conversations.
