Your Duties as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Client Relationships: Build and maintain a strong network of C-Suite Executives, industry leaders, and senior professionals within the target sectors.
• Talent Sourcing: Engage with passive candidates and nurture relationships to understand their career aspirations and skills.
• Market Research: Research and identify potential leads through market analysis and industry reports, providing insights and recommendations to the recruitment team based on market trends and competitor activity.

• General Administration: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, including market insights and general ad-hoc duties as required.
