Rogers McHugh Recruitment is growing its Permanent Recruitment team in Manchester. This role is designed for people who enjoy speaking with others, building relationships and hitting targets.

You do not need recruitment experience; sales experience matters, and you can learn quickly through a structured training programme. You’ll progress from Consultant to Senior Consultant, Principal, and beyond, with monthly prizes, early Friday finishes and team lunches.

What you will be doing with your experience

You'll join the Permanent Recruitment team, learning from experienced consultants who have already built successful desks.

Your day will involve speaking with candidates about their experience, helping clients recruit permanent staff, arranging interviews and writing engaging job adverts.

As your knowledge grows, you'll become a specialist within your market, building long term relationships with both clients and candidates while developing your own portfolio.

There is a structured training programme designed to help you become a fully established Recruitment Consultant within six months. From there you can progress through Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, Business Manager or Team Manager.
