Role Overview

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will work alongside a Senior Recruitment Consultant managing and assisting with daily tasks such as:

1. Client and account management
2. Client visits
3. Pre-screening and arranging interviews
4. Interviewing new applicants
5. Checking and managing compliance
6. Posting new roles on job boards
7. Managing daily refills and rebooks
8. CRM management
