Role Overview

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in both candidate management and business development. This is a varied and people-focused role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and matching candidates to client vacancies using our in-house CRM system
• Interviewing candidates face-to-face and via video platforms.
• Conducting outbound business development calls to potential new clients.
• Managing existing client relationships and expanding accounts.
• Handling the full recruitment process from job briefing to candidate placement.

• Previous experience in outbound sales, retail, telesales or a customer-facing environment
• Strong communication skills with a confident and professional manner
