Link Education Ltd is a well-established and respected education recruitment agency with over 24 years of experience in supporting schools and day nurseries across London, Kent, and the South East with their staffing requirements. Due to our strong market position, reputation, and continued success, we are looking to expand our friendly team of Recruitment Consultants.

Role Overview:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will provide Teachers and school Support Staff for both short-term and long-term assignments, as well as permanent placements. You will manage the recruitment process from end to end as a 360 consultant, bringing nurseries and practitioners together.

Key Responsibilities:

As a part of our team, you will:

Business Development: Develop new business through effective sales, networking, and marketing techniques.
Candidate Management: Organise interviews and provide candidates with essential information and support.
Relationship Building: Liaise and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through various job boards and social media platforms.
Vacancy Advertising: Advertise vacancies effectively to attract qualified candidates.
Requirements:
