The Role And About You

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll build your skills step by step — starting with candidate management and progressing to full recruitment responsibility:

• Sourcing great candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and our systems.
• Interviewing candidates to understand their goals and match them with opportunities.
• Managing candidates through every stage of the recruitment process.
• Spotting and generating leads to build future business opportunities.
• Keeping client and candidate information organised and accurate in our CRM.
  
  

When you're ready, you'll step up to manage the full recruitment cycle:

• Winning and developing new client relationships.
• Managing your own client portfolio and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Advising clients using market knowledge and insights.
