The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll step into a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment where you’ll:

• Build relationships with schools and educators
• Engage with clients and candidates via phone, video, and face-to-face meetings
• Match the right educators to the right schools, making a meaningful impact every day
• Work to KPIs and sales targets – your success drives your earnings

Who We’re Looking For:

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates from any degree background who are:

• Sales-minded and goal-driven – comfortable working towards targets
• People-focused – confident communicating and building rapport over the phone and in person
• Resilient and proactive – ready to face challenges and keep moving forward
• Organised and agile – able to juggle multiple tasks with professionalism
• (Ideally) a driver with access to a car – for client meetings and school visits

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or any customer-facing role is beneficial, but not essential. A genuine interest in education is a plus!
