The Company Youll Join: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Established in 2021 by two best friends, they have become one of the top tech firms in the recruitment world, with their top billers bringing in a revenue of over £1 million a year. Earning potential with this firm allows you to have great take-home earnings as they work with a commission structure of 40% with no threshold. You will be speaking to software developers, cloud engineers and tech analysts and placing them in their dream company. With offices in both London and Austen, they dominate the US markets, showing they are specialists and very entrusted with their clients.

The Incentives for Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• £27k base salary with an increase to £32k within half a year
• 40% commission structure with no threshold ON TOP of your base
• OTE in year 1 is £45k, year 2 £70k
• Promotion offered within 6 months as it is target-based
• WFH 1-2 days a week if hitting KPIs
