Salary: Up to £20k to £30k basic + uncapped commission

Type: Permanent, full-time

We are currently looking for ambitious and sale driven individuals to join our Hitchin office as a trainee recruitment consultant. We don't require no prior recruitment experienced or qualifications, we are looking for individuals who displays the following qualities:

About us

Due to a continuous growth TFS Healthcare are looking to take on a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in our new Hitchin office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to join a highly successful Healthcare recruitment agency spiralised in placing Nurses within the NHS and Private.

We train and develop all our recruitment consultants through our experienced managers and L&D department. If you are looking for a change in career or have finished studying and want to earn well and progress rapidly, then TFS Healthcare is the one.

The role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is now looking for their next step, whether you have recently graduated or now just want to be involved within a more target driven environment. You will need to be an excellent team player and able to work as a team and as an individual to meet targets. You will be:

• Attracting candidates through job boards, social media and referrals.
• Building relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Qualifying your candidates and submitting them into positions that are suited to their experience.
• Being able to juggle different candidates at different stages of the recruitment progress.
• Attending client visits.
