Requirements:

Applicants must have a driving licence and access to their own vehicle.

Your duties as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant include:

  • Liaising with high-profile clients and providing professional recruitment services
  • Sourcing candidates for busy clients
  • Conducting telephone interviews and assessments with candidates
  • Coordinating and managing workers daily
  • Inputting data into our bespoke recruitment software
