Your Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

? Source, network, and engage with top-tier tech talent for exclusive roles

? Manage end-to-end candidate delivery, from initial outreach to placement

? Build strong talent pools to support high-value client mandates

? Utilise cutting-edge rectech tools to enhance your recruitment process

? Meet and exceed set financial and activity targets

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Proven track record in sales or talent delivery, ideally within recruitment.
• Innovation: Interest in exploring and implementing new recruitment technologies
• Drive: Strong motivation to succeed, financially driven with resilience and enthusiasm
• Language: Fluency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish is a significant advantage, but not required!
