Anderson Knight are looking to add a driven and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to our Business Support team in Glasgow city centre to focus on the Office Services space.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to:

1. Build relationships with clients and candidates
2. Advertise and manage job vacancies
3. Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates
4. Negotiate salaries, close deals, and earn commission!
5. Become a specialist in your market
