This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing applications, and engaging in business development strategies. Candidates should possess a drive to succeed, experience in customer service, and ideally A Level education. Qualifications

Based in our Leicester office your duties as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include:

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
  • Cultivating robust relationships with every client to fully leverage our potential in the market.
  • Delivering unparalleled customer service standards.
  • Engaging consistently with customers - devising staffing strategies, informing on current market trends, resolving issues, and talking about upcoming needs.
RECRUITMENT
  • Engaging in active candidate sourcing through diverse methods.
  • Ensuring application management aligns with legal standards.
  • Developing and nurturing robust relationships with candidates, delivering a favourable experience during the recruitment journey.
  • Identifying and maximising work opportunities for applicants.
  • Utilise social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
  • Leveraging social media to advertise vacancies and interact with prospective candidates.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
  • Building, cultivating, and sustaining relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Acquiring new business through different Business Development strategies, including cold calling
  • Developing social media networks to connect with prospective clients

  • You will be office based Monday to Friday working 8 hours a day between 08:00 & 17:30. You will also be required to take part in our on call service on a rota basis
