As a Recruiter You Will

• Generate business through outbound sales and business development; develop and maintain excellent relationships as a natural people person.
• Work effectively in a busy and demanding office environment.
• Manage client accounts daily.
• Source candidates using top job boards and local attraction methods.
• Interview candidates and handle recruitment administration.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Hold face-to-face client meetings; a full driving license is ESSENTIAL.
