Proactive Personnel Limited is looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our established office based in Derby city centre. We are a privately owned company established in 1999, employing over 100 staff, and delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients.

An immediate start is available for the successful candidate!

We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and committed individual interested in a varied, long-term career in the recruitment industry. Proactive offers a comprehensive training program to equip you with all the necessary tools to succeed as a recruitment consultant.

As a Recruiter, You Will

• Generate business through outbound sales and business development; you should be a natural people person with a talent for developing and maintaining excellent relationships.
• Work effectively in a busy and demanding office environment.
• Manage client accounts daily.
• Source candidates using top job boards and local attraction methods.
• Interview candidates and handle recruitment administration.
• Develop and foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Hold face-to-face client meetings. A full driving license is ESSENTIAL.

Remuneration: £26,000 - £30,000 per year plus commission and benefits.

To qualify for the higher salary, candidates must demonstrate sales or recruitment experience.
