We are looking to recruit an energetic, enthusiastic and committed individual seeking a varied, long-term career in the recruitment industry. Proactive offers a full training programme to equip you with all the necessary tools to succeed as a recruitment consultant!

As a Recruiter, you will:

• Generate business through outbound sales and business development; you should be a natural people’s person with a flair for developing and maintaining excellent relationships.
• Be able to work in a busy and demanding office environment.
• Source candidates using top job boards and local attraction methods.
• Interview candidates and maintain recruitment administration.
• Develop and foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Hold face-to-face client meetings – a full driving license is ESSENTIAL.
