Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Start Date: 24th June

Location: Near London Liverpool Street Station

Salary: £26K base & OTE of £40K+ in Year 1

The Role:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting talented candidates with leading tech companies across the US. Your responsibilities include sourcing clients, headhunting candidates, managing interviews, offers, and negotiations, covering the full recruitment cycle. This 360° role enables you to develop strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
