The Role:

1. Full life-cycle / 360 recruitment position
2. Clients: Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
3. Candidates: Managing job vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate management
4. Project Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

1. Progression to management, leadership, and director-level roles from trainee
2. Exceptional earning potential through uncapped commission (10-40% of everything you invoice) - six figures earnings possible no matter what your background is
3. Accredited full training with our dedicated L&D team (no experience required)
