Due to continued expansion, First Military Recruitment is excited to open a new Birmingham office. We are looking for an experienced recruitment resourcer to join our growing team in the area. Successful candidates will have experience searching for relevant CVs and providing administrative support to busy consultants. They should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and have a desire to succeed in a target-driven environment. The successful candidate will support busy desks with long-term and established clients.

Job Role:

1. Proactively search job boards and LinkedIn
2. Advertise and manage vacancies
3. Shortlist suitable candidates
4. Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience
5. Conduct basic initial interviews

Essential:

1. Experience working within a Recruitment Agency (desirable)
2. Previous experience resourcing for permanent roles
3. Experience using recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, major job boards)
4. Confident communication at all levels
