What Does a Trainee Recruitment Consultant Do?

Your role will be fast paced, varied, and incredibly rewarding. As part of our expert team, you will:

• Proactively source and attract top engineering and manufacturing talent using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and headhunting techniques.
• Build meaningful relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and matching them to their ideal roles.
• Engage with clients and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Work towards exciting sales targets and KPIs, pushing yourself to exceed expectations and unlock incredible commission rewards.
