Job summary

2i Recruit Ltd. is seeking a Trainee Recruiter to join a fast-paced, supportive team in Weybridge. No recruitment experience is required—focus on personality, passion and people skills; training will be provided.

You will source candidates, screen for fit, and help match talent to opportunities while supporting interview coordination and target achievement. Excellent commission and clear progression paths on offer.

• Building strong relationships with both candidates and consultants.
• Writing engaging job adverts and supporting with interview coordination.
• Helping match the right candidates to the right opportunities.
• Working closely with the wider team to smash targets and celebrate wins.
