You will be supporting and developing individual care plans from service user assessments and learn to develop risk management plans. You will contribute to the through-care needs of the service users and how to safely transfer care into the community upon release.

Within this role you will undertake several mandatory training courses such as; Professional Boundaries, Facilitation Skills, Trauma Informed Care and Substance Misuse.

You will also work closely with members of the clinical team here at HMP Onley and have the opportunity to shadow clinical reviews with our service users.

Please note the salary will increase to A£24,000pa on successful completion of the probation period and any required training.
