We are hiring a Trainee Receptionist / Office Junior to join our London team in a leading global financial firm. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced, professional environment with full training and mentoring provided.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and greet visitors in a client-facing reception role

Answer and direct incoming calls to the London office

Manage meeting room bookings and visitor sign-in

Assist with post, deliveries, and contractor access

Support teams including Marketing, Facilities, Procurement, and Accounts

Help keep the office running smoothly with day-to-day administrative tasks

Ideal Candidate Profile

GCSE Qualified leaver

Organised, proactive, and reliable

Friendly, helpful, and confident with people

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Able to manage changing priorities with a can-do attitude

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)

Team player who can also work independently

Previous office/admin experience is a plus but not essential

Willing to assist with basic manual handling (e.g. lifting small packages)
