Due to an internal promotion, a vacancy has arisen for Trainee Receptionist Administrator to join our team. Based on reception, you will be first point of contact at our head office providing a friendly, courteous service to all employees and customers whilst maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area. Under the direction of the Administration Manager, you will also support the construction department with varied administrative tasks which is also part of the dual role.

We consider this an ideal opportunity to provide training and development to a trainee who can demonstrate the requisite skills, qualities and willingness to progress in the role.

In addition to our Core Values of Teamwork, Integrity and Communication, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Minimum GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent IT skills particularly with Microsoft Office applications
  • Good organisation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Willing to learn new skills and undertake qualifications as part of the role
  • Due to the location of our offices, own transport is essential
