Job summary

Amentum in the United Kingdom is offering a UK-wide quantity surveying development role that blends practical QS experience with academic and professional training. You’ll gain exposure to cost management, procurement, contract administration, change management and commercial reporting while working on major projects.

You’ll be supported to complete (or continue) a Quantity Surveying degree alongside your role, with increasing responsibility as your skills develop.

Qualifications

• Work alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers while building your professional expertise.
• Strong interest in Quantity Surveying, commercial management or construction.
• Good numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
• Willingness to study towards (or continue) a Quantity Surveying degree alongside the role.
• Flexibility to travel to project locations as required.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and seek guidance when required.
