The Role

This new role of Quality Assurance and Administration Assistant supports the Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in Scotland. Responsibilities include (1) assisting with internal compliance oversight audits and (2) providing administrative support to the legal teams and clients. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

Quality Assurance and Compliance

  • Perform quality checks on departmental work, including file and call audits
  • Assist with client audit responses
  • Maintain policy and procedure documents
  • Maintain compliance records
  • Support training material preparation and delivery on client standards

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the team
  • Assist with internal and external reporting
  • Support litigation activities, including issuing and serving court claims
  • Manage data transfer sites
  • Assist with finance tasks and loading new client instructions

General Responsibilities

  • Follow policies, procedures, and processes
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage workload effectively using case management systems
  • Meet SLA requirements and recognize potential issues
  • Attend training and meetings, implement procedural changes
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Support financial and marketing initiatives
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
