Trainee Protection Advisor - Ashford

PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking motivated and persistent sales professionals to join a top-performing Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) within PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage & Protection Advisory operation as a Trainee Protection Advisor.

This successful network partner has a small, close-knit team that has carved out a niche in the lucrative Protection industry, leading to their expansion needs.

The role involves advising customers via telephone, Teams, or Zoom on products such as Life Assurance, Income Benefit, and Income Protection, with all leads provided.

Rather than recruiting experienced Protection specialists, the company prefers to train individuals with sales experience, shaping them to meet their high standards.

The role is employed, with initial earnings estimated at £50,000, with potential for higher rewards in the future.

The base salary is approximately £25,000, negotiable depending on experience.

The position is based in Ashford, initially fully office-based, with the possibility of hybrid working arrangements in the future.

All leads are provided; however, self-generation and customer referrals can increase output and earnings.

The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, hunger, tenacity, and sales experience. Full product training will be provided.

The protection products offered are of the highest quality, with access to 17 protection providers, ensuring optimal outcomes for customers.
